"Creating Transformations by Including Difference"
Evosis was created by me, Al Pacifco-France as the face of my consultancy practice. Over 12 years ago I created the word Evosis as an amalgamation of evolution and metamorphosis. This is a reflection of both my personal development journey and how I help leaders, teams and organisations through their own transformations.
Evosis is a representation of all of my professional qualifications, expertise and experience, amalgamated with my strengths. Creating a unique blend of business psychology, Gestalt leadership, organisation development and leadership development, delivered through my key strengths of collaboration, creativity, flexibility and courage. All of these activities are grounded in a strong sense of social justice, exploring the impact of power dynamics and valuing everyone's unique contributions. My unique blend of professional qualifications and personal experiences meet the challenges of leaders and organisations today, responding to continuous change, complex environments and increasing pressure to address social issues in their organisations. |
How we work with you
Whilst leaders and organisations may have some challenges in common, their context is often different. Each time I work with an organisation, I take time to understand that context and clarify purpose and outcomes for the work, then design bespoke solutions to achieve that. They do this using my Explore Engage and Evolve model.
The Evosis consulting process
Explore
Explore is a discovery phase to fully articulate the present and desired future. This can be anything from a comprehensive research phase with focus groups, surveys and 1:1 conversations or a simple scoping session with a few key stakeholders. Either way it is often a powerful activity in itself, setting the direction for future transformations. The key output of this phase is co-created outcomes for the work with a focus generally on shifting behaviours, emotions and attitudes (as well as improving knowledge).
Engage
Based on the information gathered in the exploration phase, this second phase of work will involve activities to create the transformation. These are likely to be experiential, creative and grounded in the present. They can include leader and team development and/or coaching activities or diversity and inclusion programmes, both in person (generally with associates) and I specialise in online training and development.
Evolve
This final stage is where change is embedded into every day work and the impact of the activities can be evaluated. Celebrations of what has been achieved and outlining what work might still be to do are key aspects of the evolve stage. The most impactful evaluation is designed based on the outcomes created in the explore phase, we often run surveys pre and post any training and development activity.
