Al Pacifico-France is a psychologist, organisation development and leadership development, Gestalt and diversity and inclusion specialist with over twenty years’ experience. Al enables transformation through creativity, enabling leaders to explore and develop their attitudes and emotions, creating measurable behaviour change.
Al excels when working with leaders seeking transformative experiences and/or transforming organisations. They help leaders gain insights into how they experience and lead change. Al’s love of transformation is grounded in what energises them (creativity, decisiveness, flexibility and developing others). Their strengths have been honed into skills through work experiences (whole organisation transformation of 5,000 people, cross organisational projects in a company of 90,000 people and supporting a trans woman with her transition at work) plus personal experiences (Buddhist retreats, riding a motorbike over the Himalayas and learning to walking again following a broken back).
Al’s work is grounded in her qualifications in Occupational Psychology (MSc), Organisation Development (NTL), and Gestalt Leadership (iGOLD, international Gestalt Organisation and Leadership Development). Al has worked across sectors including Retail, Pharmaceutical, Defence and Charity/NGOs. They works globally, nationally and locally, integrating learning to adapt to each leader and organisation they works with. Al has also been a non-exec director, chairing boards of Trustees.
Al is a white, educated woman from the North of England. She is also pansexual, non-binary, dyslexic, has a physical disability and experiences mental health challenges. She uses all of her complex identities, privileged and otherwise to support others to achieve their potential through their own identities.
