About Alison
Alison Pacifico-France is a psychologist, organisation and leadership, Gestalt and diversity and inclusion specialist with over twenty years’ experience. She enables transformation through creativity, enabling leaders to explore and develop their attitudes and emotions, creating measurable behaviour change.
Alison’s work is grounded in her qualifications in Occupational Psychology (MSc), Organisation Development (NTL), and Gestalt Leadership (iGOLD, international Gestalt Organisation and Leadership Development). Alison has worked across sectors including Retail, Pharmaceutical, Defence and Charity/NGOs. She works globally, nationally and locally, integrating learning to adapt to each leader and organisation she works with. She has also been a non-exec director, chairing boards of Trustees.
Alison is a white, educated woman from the North of England. She is also pansexual, non-binary, dyslexic, has a physical disability and experiences mental health challenges. She uses all of her complex identities, privileged and otherwise to support others to achieve their potential through their own identities.
