Programmes
I have developed a series of courageous inclusion programmes to help leaders and teams to increase their awareness and skill in diversity, equity and inclusion.
Through the programmes, people experience the impact of inequity and exclusion. These experiences give them an embodied understanding of how they can create environments which value equity and create inclusion.

A typical programme consists of 6 workshops and 3 action learning sets, with a typical structure and outline content in the graphic below. In addition:

- Cohorts are 12-15 people
- Programme runs for 9 months, one workshop or action learning set per month
- Each session is 3 hours, we also advise the 30 minutes before and after the workshop to be preserved for pre-work and reflection
- Optional 1:1 coaching can be as frequent as needed, this includes setting and tracking progress against personal goals
- Created to be virtual, and can flex to face-to-face if it suits the cohort, with two workshops in one day
- Mural and other virtual, digital platforms are used to create a resource for the cohort throughout the programme
- Focus on experiential development, lots of small group work
- Activities between workshops include research / reading and practical experimentation

- D&I tailored assessments including surveys, focus groups and 1:1 interviews
- Creation of an integrated D&I vision and strategy dovetailing into the organisation strategy
- Executive team dynamics work to create inclusion and decision making with an awareness of social justice (see also team coaching)
- Coaching and mentoring in-house capability, including D&I leads and senior stakeholders
- Courageously inclusive leadership training
- 1:1 D&I Leadership coaching
- Role model and ally training
- Reverse & reciprocal mentoring programmes
- Single-issue, focussed development e.g. antiracism
- Creation of an inclusion and belonging steering group, employee networks and advocacy groups
- Employee events and conferences including speaking elements (especially representing LGBTQ, Mental health, disability and neurodiversity)
