Using our explore, engage and evolve consultation model we uncover how your team functions. What is getting in the way and what is working? Together we design and implement a bespoke programme of activities to achieve your desired impact which includes assessments of its effectiveness.
Your programme will be defined depending on your team and development requirements. Programmes can be short and high intensity or longer and sustained to align with your business. All are designed to have significant impact. Our aim is to create sustainable, observable improvements and leave the team able to self-manage.

Our one-day team exploration uncovers how your team is working now. The output of the day is a collaboratively designed programme and a team who are committed to their development, open to new experiences and focussed on improving their impact. How does your team work together now (morning)?

Your team’s development begins with this day. The team leaves with an increased awareness of their development needs, a deeper understanding of their interaction patterns and confident that the development programme will achieve their objectives.
For a team of approximately 12 people the exploration day would involve two facilitators and a graphic illustrator to record the outputs.
