How we work

Whatever the project, we work with people following the cycle described below.

​1) Explore:  

Research, discovery, engagement, ‘getting to know each other’ and initial contracting
​
2) Engage:  
Design and implementation of interventions, increasing competence 

3) Evolve:  
Evaluation of impact, re-evaluate goals and direction, evolution to move onto next cycle (or close), re-contracting

Often we work with people and organisations through transformation; our consultation approach helps them navigate the change in a way which best suits them including:


Fast and Slow Cycle
The cycle through the whole process can be as fast as a day and as slow as a couple of years

Planned and Emergent
The process flexes to accommodate both planned and emergent change
